Bridgnorth Rugby Football club employed the services of Salopian Consultancy for a recent planning application for a new clubhouse and a separate Sports Facility. It was helpful to be able to have a consultant able to cover two aspects of the required reporting, that being both the Arboriculture and Ecology reports. We found that Salopian Consultancy had a good understanding of the requirements of the local authority, both reports being accepted by the council without further comment or additional works being required. The reports were produced within our required timescales and to a commercially acceptable budget.

Salopian Consultancy carried out a Tree Condition Survey for us in 2018. We found them to be reliable and professional throughout the process. The area covered included some private, residential land usage. Doug was very accommodating and sensitive to this fact. We found him to be a good communicator both with our company and other affected parties or stakeholders. His report was thorough and detailed. Whilst he has the necessary knowledge in this sector, his reports are practical, readable and can be clearly understood by a non-specialist. Salopian Consultancy carried out a tree condition survey report for Clive Hall. They responded very quickly carrying the survey and supplying the report in a very short space of time and have been at hand to advise throughout the implmentation of the tree wokrs advised.

It was a pleasure to work with Salopian consultancy on a number of recent projects. They provided a very professional service from the prompt response to the initial inquiry, through to the survey work and preparation of the associated report. I was able to discuss the project during its design development and gain valuable advice on the existing trees and how best to protect, manage and mitigate with replacement planting for any necessary removal.

Salopian Consultancy have recently undertaken arboricultural survey work for the Estate in support of a mixed use development project in a Conservation Area.
